For shops, clinics and property managers

Your official answers.
Chosen by AI, never written by it.

You approve the answers once. Then it replies to your customers in seconds, on your website and in WhatsApp, with prices and stock read live from your systems. When nothing fits, it says so and passes the customer to you.

Why it's different

Most AI chatbots improvise. Yours can't.

Chatbots built on AI write a new reply every time, so sooner or later they promise a discount you don't offer or quote a price from last year. Ours works the other way around: it can only choose from what you approved.

A typical AI chatbot

  • Writes new text for every customer, so you never know exactly what it said.
  • Fills gaps with guesses that sound confident.
  • Prices and stock go stale the moment they change.
  • Can be talked into saying things you'd never say.
Customer“Is Mike working today? He helped me last week.”
Chatbot“Yes, Mike is in until 5pm today!” (it has no idea)

Official Reply

  • Replies word for word with an answer someone at your business approved.
  • When nothing official fits, it says so and offers to put the customer in touch with you.
  • Prices, stock and opening hours are read from your systems as the customer asks.
  • The AI only picks which answer fits. It has no way to write one.
Customer“Is Mike working today? He helped me last week.”
Assistant“Sorry, I don't have an answer for that. Leave your contact and we'll get back to you.”

How it works

You decide what's official. We set it up with you.

No blank forms to fill in on your own. We build your assistant from what you already have, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

Send us what you have

Your website, price lists, policies, FAQs, even emails. If prices or stock live in a system, we connect to it read-only.

We draft, you approve

We turn it into short, plain answers in your voice. You edit them, try them, and publish when they're right.

Put it where customers write

One <script> line for your website, and your WhatsApp number, Facebook page, Instagram or Telegram connected with you. Same answers everywhere.

It learns where it's silent

Questions it couldn't answer are grouped for you. Write the answer once and it covers every way customers ask.

Live data

The price it quotes is the price you charge today.

You approve the wording once. The numbers are read from your systems each time a customer asks, so a price change or a sold-out item never needs a new answer. If a value can't be read, the assistant stays silent instead of guessing.

The answer you approved
The {product} costs ${product.price} and {product.availability}.
↓ a customer asks “how much for the 40mm padlock?”
What they read
The Padlock 40mm costs $15.00 and is in stock, but there are only 3 left.

Requests

It takes requests too, and your site does the rest.

“Hold a hammer for me until Friday.” “Add 12 padlocks to my cart.” The assistant works out what the customer wants, checks it against your stock and your rules, and shows them a card to confirm. Nothing happens until they press the button. Then your website gets an event with exactly what they confirmed, and handles it like any other order. In WhatsApp and the other chat apps, it's a button in the chat instead of a card.

Done! The Claw hammer will be waiting for you at the counter on Friday 30 October.

Where it answers

On your website, and in the apps your customers already use.

The same assistant, with the same approved answers, on your website and in WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages. Requests work there too: it asks for each detail in the chat, fills in the customer's WhatsApp number for them, and they confirm with a button. You get the same confirmed request wherever it came from.

Your dashboard

Your official answers, and every conversation, in one place.

Write facts, not scripts

Type what the assistant should say in plain sentences. We work out the questions each one answers.

Try it before customers do

Ask your draft anything and see which answer it picks, or why it stayed silent.

Publish and undo

Every published version is kept. Going back to last week's is one click.

See what customers asked

Answered and unanswered questions per day, and which answers get used most.

Fill the gaps

Unanswered questions are grouped into topics, often with an answer drafted from your own documents.

Never lose a customer

When it can't help, customers leave their contact, and you get it with the whole conversation.

Safety and privacy

Designed so it can't go off-script.

The guarantee isn't a promise in a prompt. It's how the system is built.

A person approves every answer

Nothing reaches your customers until someone at your business publishes it. Even the documents you send are only suggestions until you add them.

The AI can only choose

For each question the model returns which approved answer fits, nothing more. A customer trying to trick it can at worst get one of your own answers.

Read-only access to your data

Database connections are read-only on the database's side, time-limited, and use logins you give us. Passwords are stored encrypted and never shown again.

Every reply is traceable

Each reply is logged with the answer it came from and the version that was live, so you can always see exactly what a customer was told.

Pilot program

Get your assistant set up with us.

We're working with a small number of businesses to start, and we set each one up personally. Tell us a little about yours and we'll be in touch.

  • We build your first answers from what you already have.
  • We connect your prices and stock if you want them live.
  • Pricing is agreed with each pilot business, before anything goes live.
We only use these details to reply to you. Privacy policy

Questions

Good to know

Is this ChatGPT?

It uses an AI model to understand what the customer is asking, but the model never writes the reply. It only picks which of your approved answers fits, and the reply is that answer, word for word.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It shows your own fallback message, for example “Sorry, I can't help with that one,” and offers the customer a way to leave their email or phone. You get the request with the whole conversation, and the question shows up in your dashboard so you can add an answer.

Won't it stay silent a lot?

At first, sometimes, and that's on purpose: silence is better than a wrong answer. We start you with answers to the questions your customers actually ask, and every unanswered question is collected so the gaps close quickly.

Does it work on my website?

Almost certainly, if you can add a script tag to it: WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, a custom site, and Wix on its paid plans. It sits in the corner of the page and doesn't change your design.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

Yes, and on Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages too. It's the same assistant with the same approved answers, and it takes requests there as well: it asks for the details in the chat and the customer confirms with a button. It uses your own WhatsApp Business number and your own pages, and we connect them with you. It only replies to customers who write to you, which Meta doesn't charge for under its current WhatsApp pricing.

Can it take orders or bookings?

Yes. It can take requests like a booking, an order or a hold: it asks for what's missing, offers only what's really free or in stock, and shows the customer a card to confirm. Your website or your inbox gets the confirmed request, and you decide what happens next. Try it in the demos above.

Where is my data kept?

On servers in the United States (Google Cloud). Passwords and API keys you give us are stored encrypted, connections to your systems are read-only, and your data isn't used to train AI models. Conversations are erased after 12 months and customers' contact details after 90 days; the privacy policy has the details.
